How do I care for my bundle?
Linen is a durable, natural material and, if cared for correctly, can last years. Wash before first use on a cold, gentle cycle using liquid detergent only, and line dry. Tumble-drying is not recommended, but if you must, avoid using a hot setting and overloading the machine. Do not bleach, iron or dry-clean, and if your linen happens to stain, launder immediately.
How do shipping and returns work?

Even after one wash these sheets smell like factory dye chemicals. They also aren't soft (almost like the softest version of a burlap sack) so prepare to look into how to do that – apparently, vinegar works? Feel a bit disappointed with how much these cost but hope that over time they are softer and less smelly.

From beginning to end, I had a great experience with customer service. I did the measurements ahead of time to make sure everything would fit, but I still was hoping for a tad larger of a duvet. Customer service was extremely helpful and sent the updated size quickly.
The product itself is wonderful. After years of use and washing per the instructions (cold water, like colors, hang dry, or tumble dry low-no heat) the sheets are still in great condition and softer than ever. The color tends to lighten just a tad over time. But these are still by far my favorite sheets in terms of feel and use for both winter & summer.
The only mild hinderance for not giving the full five stars: The colors themselves are NOT the same as on the site. I thought I would be getting a way more vibrant "rust" and it is definitely dulled down. I am back years later looking to purchase the "olive" color and I already know it won't be as rich in color. It would be nice to see more realistic views of the the colors or even some posts with real buyer pictures. Bed Threads does do a good job of sending the color swatches for their entire selection of colors.. but it is with your purchase.
Lastly, not a huge deal for me, but the lint and fluff that comes comes off these sheets is a lot. I am still finding it under my bed in clumps at times. For the first few washes it is very noticeably everywhere. Years later, it's around less, nothing a vacuum can't handle.
