How does your bedroom reflect your personality?

I am a lover of beautiful textures, warm tones and beautiful trinkets—I am a Taurus and we are definitely known for a love of beautiful things. I think our room reflects my personality perfectly, I love to feel secure, comfortable, relaxed and inspired to dream. It's definitely my haven in the house.

How do you go about styling your space?

I always like to start with beautiful, layered bedding in warm tones to create a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Then I like to add a few key pieces like candles, art, flowers plus personal items like books, jewellery and trinkets, so that it's super cosy. It's so important to include beautiful pieces that mean something to you.

What's on your bedside table?

My bedside currently has lip balm, water, a book I'm reading (cannot get enough of my current read, Scar Tissue by Anthony Kiedis), a candle, earplugs and a coffee!

What's your favourite piece of furniture or accessory in your bedroom and why?

Our cane bedhead is a prized vintage find. I love it because it's the perfect neutral piece that goes with everything and really makes our bedding pop. It was such a bargain, too. I am also obsessed with our Sahara rug by Miss Amara, it really lifts the space and brings in so much warmth.

What does having a comfortable and inviting bedroom mean to you?

It is the ultimate space for calm and relaxed vibes. It is a space where you feel safe and inspired; so that you can enjoy lots of deep, amazing sleep to recharge, feel intimacy and encourage creativity.

What does your regular bedtime routine look like?

I always shower so that I feel fresh and clean for bed. I spend some time on my skincare regime, diffuse some sleep essential oils, and watch a few of my favourite reality shows to help me unwind—and try to stay off my phone. I'm a night owl, so I struggle to tire myself out at night. If I'm not tired, I try to read as it makes me sleepy after a few pages, guaranteed.

What does your regular morning routine look like?

I love to start my day off slowly by reading in bed with a coffee, I think it helps me wake up naturally. Then I tidy the bed, open the windows and doors to let the fresh air in, pop on some fun music and start getting ready for my day.

What is a day in the life of Lacey Gatti like?

Wake up. Read/coffee. Take Pablo our Chihuahua for a big walk. Healthy brekkie. Check emails and socials. Start work on shoots/content creation or editing. Vacuum and washing so the house is tidy. More exercise or another walk with my husband. Organise dinner. Collate my post for Instagram and then engage for an hour or so. Plan for tomorrow's content. Relax time before bed at around 11-12pm generally, then sleep time.
